One address, and what to put in the message.

Support

[email protected]

Email is the channel for everything: account questions, a settlement you disagree with, a price that looked wrong, a limit you want set, or a break you want taking. There is no contact form on this site and no live chat — one address that a person reads is more use than three that nobody does.

We never ask for your password, and we will never email you asking for it. Anybody who does is not us.

What to include

A message with these in it gets an answer first time instead of a request for more detail:

  • Your username. Not your password — ever. If you write from the address on your account, say so, because it saves us a round trip.
  • The bet reference, when it is about a bet. Every bet has a short code on My bets; that code finds the bet, its legs, the price each was struck at and how it was settled.
  • Which leg, on a multiple, and what you believe it should have settled as.
  • Roughly when it happened, and what page you were on, for anything that looked broken rather than wrong.

A screenshot helps and is never required. What the bet actually recorded is kept on our side either way.

How long it takes

We aim to answer within one working day, and to resolve anything about a settled bet within three. Those are targets, not guarantees: a question that needs a fixture reviewed by hand takes as long as that takes.

Anything that mentions taking a break, a limit, or self-exclusion is dealt with ahead of everything else in the queue.

If gambling is the problem

Do not start with us. Talk to somebody independent — in most countries there is a free, confidential gambling helpline; search for the one where you live, or ask your doctor.

What we can do from here is set a stake limit or a daily loss cap on your account, or shut the account to you for a fixed period that will not be lifted early. Ask, and it is done. Responsible play sets out all of it.
