If you cannot sign in, your account may be temporarily locked after several failed attempts; wait fifteen minutes and try again. You can change your password from My profile once you are signed in.
Limits you set on yourself (a maximum stake, a daily loss cap) are on the same page and apply to the next bet you place.
Most bets settle automatically within a few minutes of the event ending. A small number of markets are settled by our team, usually within 24 hours. The status and the result a bet was settled from are shown in its details on My bets.
When you contact us about a bet, include its bet reference (for example K9NQG8258F). It is shown on the bet and in its details.
